6. Images, Camera & Photo Library

Hobby Bank accesses your device camera and photo library so you can add photos of your collectible cards and items to your personal collection. We do not share, sell, or use your images for any purpose other than displaying them within your collection.

Camera Access: The app uses your camera to photograph collectible cards and items directly from the app. For example, when you tap "Card Cam" while adding a new card, the camera lets you capture a photo of the card, and the app processes the image (including background removal) so it displays cleanly in your collection vault. The camera is also used for multi-angle 3D capture, where you take several photos or record a short video sweep around an item so the app can render a rotating 3D view.

Photo Library Access: The app accesses your photo library so you can upload existing photos of your collectible cards and items. For example, when you tap the image picker while adding or editing a card in your collection, you can select a photo from your library to use as the item's display image.

Image Storage: Images you upload or capture are stored securely and are only accessible to you while logged into your account. Photos and videos captured through the camera are processed for your collection display and are not shared with other users or any third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Update or correct inaccurate information via App Settings.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time via App Settings.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
